We take immense joy in investing in the next generation of designers and design-led roles, and we’ve been setting our students up for success for over 20 years.

You’ll join us for a year-long placement working with our sales, design and marketing teams in one of our four design centres in Cheshire, Oxford and London (x2).

Our students don’t just shadow; you’ll become an integral part of our company with real responsibility, supporting our teams in designing, selling and marketing kitchens and living spaces with soul, integrity and architecture. You’ll work on live projects, with actual people.

You’ll be based at one of our four design centres, in Cheshire, Oxford and London (two locations). Design students will support our design teams across projects from idea to completion, while marketing students will help build awareness of the Kitchen Architecture brand by creating digital content, printed materials and supporting all other marketing activities.

The history of our student placement programme proves its value. In fact, our students’ long-term success speaks for itself: our very first placement student, who started with us in 2005, is now one of our respected design managers (read Nikki’s story below).
