We’re looking for a customer and process focused person to support the existing teams across all our design centres. The role will be based at Brasenose Farmhouse in Oxford and will report to the Operations Director. The candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be responsible, alongside their colleague, for managing the service engineers and ensuring the highest levels of customer service. Previous experience in customer facing roles and a proven track record with processes are essential.
